Is there a trick to opening the hinged part of the cap?

Just twist off the very top to open. If you want to use the small cup, twist off the plastic part nearest to the bottle.

Where is this product manufactured?

I was all over the website, nothing on anything about country of manufacture. The contact addy is in Georgia, 1170 Howell Mill rd ste 205 Atlanta Georgia 30318, From my experience anything made in USA will say so on the product. That said I do love this Growler, I take 1/2 gallon of tea to work every day and it stays cold sitting in my locker, I've left the leftover on my counter over night before and it was still cool the next morning.

Can i purchase a replacement lid/cup reduce insulated growler, 64 ox?
