How big does it go for waist size

Belt itself extends up to 56" waist with additional strap 10.6" extension

I am interested in getting this anbeko universal running belt with extender, large capacity runner waist. can i buy a second separate extension?

I have no idea but: my. Waist is 42” and i don’t use the extender. If the extender is used i would think 55” easy.maybe 60”
