Great, smooth, rich tasting coffee!
Finallly! I've tried 4 or 5 whole bean, a couple grounds and This one's the WINNER. I've been an instant coffee drinker until this year so yes, many tries to get same or close enough strength to Anthony's. Definitely keeping as backup. This is the 1st dark whole bean I haven't had to add some Anthony's in. Ground or whole bean it's still 1/3 cup for each cup of coffee, so next is to find out if 3lbs will last long enough. Been getting 2lbs and that's indeed not enough. I only have 2 cups a day but when you're talking 2/3rds coffee every day, doesn't go far. Hoping this will last maybe little over 2 weeks 🙏 It's the smoothest as well, it's just perfect, smells great. This now again Finally, will be my go to coffee.

It tastes great!
I am new to grinding fresh beans so I can't speak for the acidity or other nuances. I do like the taste and it makes for a good cup of cappuccino. It smells so good and does seem smooth. I also like the sustainability and the effort of the brand to be organic.

A Must-Have for Espresso Lovers
I’ve been using these whole beans in my espresso maker for nearly two years, and I couldn’t be happier. My machine has a grinder attachment, so I always get the freshest coffee possible, and these beans deliver exceptional flavor every time.I first discovered this brand at a local coffee shop and was thrilled to find it available in larger packages on Amazon. The beans are consistently fresh, with a rich, balanced taste that makes every cup feel like a treat. Whether you’re pulling shots or making lattes, this coffee never disappoints. If you’re serious about good coffee, I highly recommend giving this brand a try. It’s been my go-to since day one, and I can’t imagine using anything else!

Good story. Beans are okay
The reason to buy these beans is the background story and ability to do good. The beans were packaged in clear plastic as pictured. They produced good foam, suggesting some freshness. The aroma is smokey with some tobacco notes over a butteriness. Roast is more medium or medium-dark than dark. Roughly 20% large, flat robusta beans with the rest being arabica. Flavor has two main elements that each stand out strongly. On top is an acid note. Underneath is a buttery flavor. Very mild cinnamon spice notes may be there, but they are subtle at best. Not too profound, but drinkable.

I love this coffee
Since it comes in whole bean form you can grind it to the correct fineness or coarseness for the method of coffee making that you use. The flavor is bold, nit bitter. Delicious..

Cold brew
I don't even recall how I ended up trying this brand. I thought I would give it a shot for espresso for some reason. Then my bean shipment for cold brew was delayed so I used this instead. Wow. Ok, this works very well for cold brew. It is smooth and without the bitter bite I expected. Will I switch to this for cold brew? Well, maybe. Let's see how the rest of the gallon and a half batch hits me. First pint though....bangin.

1st Shipment Excellent, Flavorful, Smooth but 2 more were NOT
Because the first batch I ordered of Tiny Footprint Coffee - Fair Trade Organic Nicaragua Segovia Dark Roast | Whole Bean Coffee was so delicious, I gave it another chance after our second batch was not as good. But when the third order was barely palatable, my hubby & I canceled our subscription. (Hope it wasn't bait & switch; or just different harvests mixed??) Don't know why, but wasted $$. My husband won't bother to drink this last shipment. There needs to be better consistency to the taste.
