Project Nursery Baby Monitor Accessory Camera (Compatible with PNM401, PNM4W01 and PNM5W01)

I purchased this item July 10th 2017 we were setting up the nursery :) My daughters baby shower was on 9/9/2017 My daughter who was 7 months pregnant at the time lost her baby that night!! I am crying as i relive this Horrible experience for her. To make a long story short she got pregnant again & had her baby on 10/9/2018 she then opened the Project Nursery Baby Monitor Camera & after approx. 4 months it broke! She called the company & explained the Horrific situation and they didn't care and would not refund our money or give us a new Monitor. I hope any mother reading this review NEVER buys from this company. I get there are rules but in certain situations we adjust accordingly! This company could care less!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I purchased this monitor system in order for our Home Care Provider to be able to see my father when she is sleeping and cooking. The picture quality is great. I like that you can add up to 3 extra cameras (a total of 4 for this system). This purchase was a 2nd camera. It took 30 seconds to sync and set up as camera #2. A cool feature is being able to pan the area the camera is covering.

My wife and I purchased this camera as it was top rated, and seemed to be a better dual camera than the Samsung briteview we had. We ended up returning it after a month... A number of complaints. First we had pairing issues with the second camera that took 2 weeks for us to get a replacement camera from Project Nursery which we ended up having troubles with that one as well. Even once we got it up and running it just wasn't an easy camera. I'm really surprised it doesn't come with a touch screen. It doesn't like to "wake up" from sleep mode very easily which is a huge hassle when it's 3 am in the dark and you're fumbling for the monitor trying to get it to wake up from sleep mode. Then once you do get it to wake up you need to try to navigate the buttons on the side in the dark to get it to do something like play music to sooth your complaining 12 month old back to sleep. The gadget little side thing was never really used, and is as described... a gadget. Get a touch screen, work out your quality control, and make the thing easier to use for a top priced camera.To date we only have experience with the Samsung which was at least very user friendly and reliable. This camera should go back to the engineers for some reworks!

It's hard to hit everything you might want on a monitor. We wanted one that was expandable to at least two cameras (this goes up to four), had the ability to pan/zoom remotely, has night vision mode, and be able view cameras on a split screen. This does all of that - which is surprisingly difficult to find! The audio quality is good, and the picture is good for a monitor. That being said, what keeps this from being a 5 Star product is the frame/rate video delay. If there is any movement at all the video turns pretty choppy and there is a significant delay. I was also slightly disappointed in the range. It's as good as any others we've tried (this is our fourth different monitor purchase), but I was really hoping for more considering the price. Still by far the best monitor I've been able to find and well worth the investment for our needs.

This monitor is outrageously overpriced for the quality. Complete garbage. The monitors can't even charge because the chargers don't fit into the ports properly! Save your money and go with a more established reliable brand.

I already owned the baby monitor (with mini monitor) and loved using it at home. When planning for a long vacation (in a rental house), I was pleasantly surprised to find the accessory camera option, so I didn't have to purchase a whole new system (which I was hesitant to do for one trip). It paired with my viewing device easily (although I had to pair it to the mini monitor as well to make it work). But it was a lifesaver on the trip because I could set it up temporarily, my infant could sleep in his own room, and I had peace of mind on the trip. And now I have it for future travel and trips to parents/in-laws (bonus!).

A very poor product that broke after less than six months. The monitor just stopped working after hanging on my wall and not being moved. Company tech support is lacking.

Don’t know how this product works. It isn’t compatible as a second camera for our project nursery PNMDUAL5M. I don’t understand why I have to purchase a “WiFi” camera when all I want is a second camera to be viewed by my monitor. They’re all so similar they should be all compatible with eachother... I’m returning camera this as we speak. Will have to pay more money for the one that is actually compatible with my monitor.
