Defective Hell product...pathetic Hell service in India
First time i got disappointed with Amazon service. Due to covid19 situation prevailing out side i opened late . Stylus is not working and laptop is strucking. I tried by resetting but no use.I called on 7th day at 10pm but call is not connected then I have sent a message that i have this kind of problem with the laptop n next day they will call.They didn't call n when i called them they said that message is also not there n u cannot get replacement just contact the manufacturer n the way they said this also in very worst manner.Since 6yrs i am using Amazon but i have come to a conclusion that v must not purchase costlier items, if the item is below 5000rs no problem but now my money is wasted.Previously i was very free to purchase items from Amazon but now i am not feeling so. V have to be careful while purchasing anything through Amazon also.

Superb product
It's been more than two weeks after using..I am giving reviews...built quality- mst hai...u can feel sturdinessBattery backup- easily 5hrs browsing and fast charging available...Best part u can upgrade it...whereas Lenovo c340 series are not much upgradeable...it's processor doesn't heat i3 10th...gen is budget laptop. Whereas i5 10th is expensive

Nice 2 in 1 Laptop with touch pad and Pen at reasonable price.
Basic working is super. Very quickly all programme run.Web Cam with high resolution, Sensitive touch pad, active pen works perfectly, user friendly.Good battery life. Great sound.Overall happy for buying it.

Excellent product
