Good Workout For the Money
Just got it today and already worked over 200 squeezes on arms and tights, and it feels great! The entire thing has a hard coil that is actually difficult to push, and so it forces your muscles to work harder. I hope it will last a month or two.

Easy peasy
I’m not going to lie..I wanted a way to work out my muscles while sitting and watching tv. The resistance is great. I can do ten reps and I’m already feeling the burn. Very happy with it!

This awkward to use product comes with all instructions and cautions in Chinese!The drawings are somewhat helpful, but cautions in Chinese are not!Origin of product should be clearly displayed!

I watched the video before, it was very good, so I bought one for my wife. It looks beautiful, but it is not practical, and it makes my legs feel uncomfortable.
