Easy to follow instructions, great tasting wine!

I stick mainly with a dry red wine - but I don't mind a tart, crisp fruit wine served ice cold on a hot day.I made this Green Apple Riesling hoping my wife would like it - and she did - very much - and so did I.I initially I flavored some of the bottles with Torani Salted Caramel flavoring - creating a Carmel Apple wine. I just added 15 to 18ml to each bottle, then filled it with the green apple wine.It was so good, that I later went back to the unflavored bottles, opened them and added the caramel flavoring.Try it. It's great!

The wine is still in the making but we’ve had this brand and type before and it was excellent. Great apple taste.
