Quiet and works well.

Got this fan for a Duo Core 2.8 GZ Micro media PC running Win7. It runs pleanty quiet and keeps my CPU quite cool. At 23C my GPU is running 34C while watching a HD movie and downloading files at the same time. Construction seems quite good. You do have to install a plate below the MB for the fan to screw into, no big deal.
