This was so easy to set up. It comes ready to use, you'll have to flip the power switch on the back and it's ready to go. I ordered two of these and was expecting the second one to not arrive until next week, but they both came today, yay! I got these for my kids bathrooms. This is a great tool for encouraging simple chores like emptying the trash. The kids are fascinated by it, my son asked if "the trash robot" could sleep in his room tonight, and if we could order it wheels so it could go around the house with him. They gathered enough "trash" (mostly wasted notebook paper) to go through the process of changing the bag 3 times before they let the poor thing rest. It comes with a charger, which I did not notice when I ordered, so that is nice. It also comes with a refill of bags. I plan on ordering 2 more and would highly recommend this to anyone with little kids or anyone who has ADHD and has a hard time remembering to buy little trash bags to change all the liners in all the little rooms of the house (me).

I absolute hate emptying and replacing bags in the kitchen trash can. This has changed my life! I was worried it would be too small but it has a surprisingly large capacity. Also, I do not dread taking out the trash now so it’s no biggie to take it out more than once a week. I have had mine for about 2 months. I haven’t had any issues with it. Of course you have be careful not to overfill it. The motion detection does not work as well as other ones I have had either. However, the bag replacing works perfectly and it’s just amazing. I only wish they made compostable bags. I don’t like using plastic. I own every gadget, and this is by far one of the most useful.

Originally received a defected item. After messaging the company, they sent over a brand new one. Small size but fits a lot of trash for the size. GREAT customer support

The trashcan was working perfectly when I received it, but it has stopped charging now. It's useless, I will not recommend it for anyone.

It’s really good to have seal function for kitchen leftover or whatever might smell. It could prevent from smell and also bugs.

The first one I got didn’t work. Customer service was soooo easy to deal with. One of my stars is for the customer service. They quickly shipped me out another one. The second one worked and was such a life saver! I have 3 big dogs and trash cans do work out in my house. The dogs won’t touch the trash can as long as there isn’t anything in it. Problem is I don’t have 13 gallons on trash in a day and don’t want to waste trash bags. This trash can was perfect. I could throw some trash in it and seal it off and a new bag was created. Easily one of my fave electronics in my house…….then it just stopped working. I haven’t contracted customer service yet. This trash can is such a great idea they just need to work out the kinks. So my other star is for the idea of this trash can. Work out the issues with it to stay working and I would buy another one.

Completely automated trash can, drop your trash, once full, press button to get it packaged for dropping for Trash pickup. The only problem was sometimes the sealing is not water tight this means liquid leaks and will require manual cleaning of the trash can. I don't know if this is fault in mine or a general issue.
