Assembly required.
I liked this product very much. It took a little while to assemble it (had to get another person to help me), but it finally went together and is very sturdy. Using it for a toybox for my grandson.

Pretty nice but not without some quality issues.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this chest. Its made w from some very high grade oak plywood. I'm docking two stars for two reasons. 1. The holes for the cam nuts were made before the finish was applied (expected) and the finish is fairly thick (good) and partially filled the cam nut holes requiring a knife to clean the excess from the hole to get the cam nut to fit (bad). 2. The cedar planks for the bottom were about 1 to 2 mm longer on one side than they were the other. 1 to 2 mm It doesn't seem like much but made it impossible to assemble without there being a significant gap in one of the corners (bad). I fixed this by cutting all the boards down to the same lenght, but not everyone has the resources available to do this.
