Portable Spinal Traction Device

After suffering with intense back pain and muscle contractions I visited my chiropractor and he put me on his decompression table, which gave me relief. At fifty dollars a visit, I began to search for a way to do it myself. This device was the answer for me. I drove an average of 7 hours a day on the Christmas holiday for three days each way. The device fit in my suitcase, so I could use it before retiring for the night. NO BACK PAIN for the entire vacation! Thank you for inventing this device. I am thrilled to be able to control my back issues in the comfort of my own home, and when necessary, on the road. Now that my back is in better shape, I only need to use it every other day.

I don't use it every day but when I do use it I feel it. It feels like a deep stretch in my lower back. You have to read the directions to ensure you're placing it where it's supposed to be effective. If you don't, you won't feel it where you need it. I like it but need to use it more.

I ran this purchase by my chiropractor, and he agreed it would be helpful in my recovery. I've been using it for just over a week now and I'm beginning to notice improvements in my back already. It's easy to use too!It looked like it was brand new when I received it and it was careful packaged. Hight recommend this seller!

Good for stretching your back, come with instuctions. You do feel a difference, not sure if someone with severe lower back problems should use it.

I injured myself using product after viewing the instruction DVD. I would strongly suggest consulting your doctor before buying this item if you have serious back issues. Wish I did...

been using this product seven days, am so surprised that I DO FEEL A DIFFERENCE. Not a big difference, but definitely my limp is less and I have less pain in my hip area. I am so looking forward to increased improvement.

I can feel the traction when I use the device, but haven't really seen any results yet.
