Really Love this item!
Generally I don't leave reviews, but I order everything on Amazon and highly rely on reviews before I order anything so since this item only has 1 review and I am so happy with it I wanted to share! This product is great for my 14 month old daughter! I was constantly having to put her blanket back on her during the night and was only concerned she was not warm enough. Also I felt like sometime her blanket would cause her to wake up because she would roll around and get rolled up in it and it would cause her to wake. I got this a few days ago and am so so happy! It is the perfect amount of warmth for her over cotton, footed pajamas. I put it over my upper body like a blanket and although it is thin, it is actually nice and cozy, so I know it is keeping her warm. I feel like the fleece version would be a little too warm over pajamas, maybe in different weather. I did order a fleece one as well to have incase I do feel it is necessary, but right now I think I will be using this version for a while. I just purchased another to have as a backup! Since she started using this she has slept very well and I know she is warm and comfy. As for the sizing, I did read about how big everyone says it runs, and that is very true. The weight chart is totally inaccurate as far as choosing the size. My daughter is 32" tall and 29lbs, she is in the 100th percentile for both height and weight for her age, so she is big for her age. I normally would of purchase the X-Large, but after all the reviews I read I bought the Large and I am very happy I did. It is pretty big on her, but Id say the perfect amount to make it more like a blanket, then just an extra layer of clothing. I put her feet through the holes at the bottom because she likes to have her legs free at night, and since she is wearing footed pajamas her arms and feet are warm. She does not have any issues with this being on. The only thing is, she can't really walk in it, it is too long, the extra fabric hangs on the floor passed her feet and I know she would trip, but I really don't care because I put it on her right before bed and take it off as soon as we take her out of her crib, easy to take on and off so no big deal to me. She was never a fan of the regular halo sleepsacks, I had a few but only used them once or twice, this one is totally different. I would very highly recommend this product to anyone who is considering it!! :)

works great in lieu of a blanket
Once my baby started to become more mobile, I switched to this sleep sack with legs. And now at 2.5 yrs old, the LARGE is still working like a charm. I just recently introduced a blanket but my child doesn't quite understand the concept of it. At least I know this is providing a second layer of warmth that stays on no matter how much he rolls around. It zips from top to bottom and the zipper gets hidden in the extra fabric around the legs which has deterred him from playing with it. I've heard horror stories from moms about kids taking off their diapers while napping (and it can get pretty messy!) so this is an extra barrier to keep them from doing that. The fact that it comes in larger sizes means I can stop using it when he's ready and not just because he's grown out of it. This is the perfect weight to use in the summer and winter.

Sweet. Our 15 month old has been using the ...
Sweet. Our 15 month old has been using the fleece version all of fall and winter- it was the best! Since the weather has been warmer, I knew to go for the same style sleep sack in a light fabric. It is not cotton; it is a thin polyester knit (0.5 TOG). Halo only offers the 100% cotton in a leg-less sack, so this is our only option if the leg opennings are neccessary. There are other brands that offer this in cotton, but we chose this bc the quality is still high, it zips from top to bottom (no scratchy chins), and it's way cheaper than the other brands in cotton. Also, we need the leg opennings bc we travel alot and this sacks allows us to buckle baby into the carseat safely while wearing it- and slide him into bed when we get home.Yes the bag is big, but after you get over the initial shock, you will see that it will be perfect. The feet are suppose to be completely in the bagged area when kid is laying straight. We have a Large for our 15 month old, with about 6 inches from his feet to the crotch. This is perfect so that we can use for the spring and hopefully it will still be long enough for the following fall. When I want him to walk around, we pull his feet out. (If the cuff of the legs are too big/wide and the feet keep slipping back in, simply take a needle & thread and sew a verticle line down the cuff to make it slimmer. And remove threads when baby gets bigger. No one will care about aesthetics since it's only for sleeping).Don't be turned off by the material. We ourselves use fuzzy fleece blankets/throw blankets, sweatshirts, etc. Fleece is polyester. Why is this a problem for a baby blanket? They keep us warm in cold weather and baby doesn't overheat unless you use in hot weather (in which case, we don't use a blanket at all)

Love it
I purchased this when my 8 month old started having trouble standing without getting his feet caught in the sleep sack. This works very well. It's lightweight, but warm. Zips from the top down which is convenient for diaper changes. He's now 11 months,17 lbs and it is very large on him, but I expected that. I roll the leg cuffs to keep his feet out and it works great. I like that it's bigger because it feels more like a blanket to him. I've washed it several times and it's holding up great. Would highly recommend if you're concerned about lose blankets in the crib for a baby who moves/stands a lot.

Awesome SleepSack!!
The main reason for purchasing this product is because I can put my son to bed and rest assured that he is safe with no risk of suffocating under covers. This is the perfect sleep sack for spring/summer time. It is made of 100% cotton so it is breathable yet it keeps him warm enough to sleep comfortable. He usually wears a summer sleeper and socks with the sleep sack. The large size was a bit big when my son was 12 months old (and he is a tall boy) but at almost 20 months (weight = 13kg/27lbs length = 85cm) now it is a perfect fit and we will definitely purchase the next size up when he outgrows the current one. He prefers this sleep sack over a blanket or any other cover. It has a cute design and the light blue cover is perfect for a little boy. It is a great price and definitely value for one's money :0) HALO Early Walker SleepSack Micro Fleece Wearable Blanket, Blue, LargeHALO Early Walker SleepSack Micro Fleece Wearable Blanket, Blue, Large

Jolie qualité pour cet article mais coton très fin à mettre en sur pyjama l'été.Le passage des bras est très étroit, même au dessus d'un simple pyjama.
