The Fellie Pergola, 3M*3M*2.3M Aluminium Garden Gazebo with Retractable Canopy, Outdoor Garden Sun Shade Shelter, White

Took 2 people 4 hours to assemble primarily due to very poor instructions. Sturdy pergola and adjustable shade works well. Looks great and will be very useful on our south facing patio. Replaces a cantilever umbrella which had a huge footprint due to the weights which minimised useable space. Further to a question that I couldn't answer for sure relating to the frame material, I found a magnet and my pergola frame is magnetic and so not aluminium as stated in the listing. It is black in colour and probably powder coated so not a major issue.

Delivery delayed due to lost items and took over three weeks to resolve. Seller communication was very poor. Product once built is great but the build instructions are very poor. The build took two people over two hours.

The instructions were so horrible to the extent of going to buy extra bolts because some of them were missing. not sure if it will be a stable pergola.

The quality is good for the price but the instructions are TERRIBLE. Estimated a handyman to get it up in 2 hours - took 4 hours as the instructions are terrible. Needs 2 people, patience and time.Looks good up and rather stable. For the price I would recommend it

Don’t know how they make it for the price, excellent value for money

This item arrived just over a year ago. Item received was dented and contacted supplier who did offer a compensation payment. I assembled the item but instructions were very poor. The item has been outside fully assembled for a year and is rusty,the shade was taken for the winter but the rain and wind in Jun and Jul has made it look 3 years old. One of the foot welds came apart today....basically stay away. The seller is also worth saving....just to make sure you do not buy. I contacted them when item was 10 months old and received no reply.

Very weak. Bent in the recent winds. Such a performance to send it back I could not be bothered so I scrapped it. The seller wanted item sent back in original packaging . who keeps boxes after 4 months. So I am out of pocket but got fed up telling them what was wrong. Don't bother with it
