Great shampoo & conditioner but not from here

I love the shampoo and conditioner and it’s hard to find. Unfortunately when I received it, it wasn’t new. There was a portion obviously missing from each container and it was really liquidy. Unfortunately since I bought it new and that was want I was anticipating on receiving I didn’t trust to actually use it. (It’s possible I miss read something?) BUT I have used this product in the past and love everything about it. I just wasn’t able to use this order
