I took this my cholesterol was 263 high risk.With a diet and exercise. I had blood work done was 205 in 6 months. I took it for 2 months. Remember look at the label when you purchased food. Make sure you not eating fat, chips, butter, mayonnaise, oil. It's not going to resolve your cholesterol if you're eating fat. I'm back on it to lower more my cholesterol.

The price is a little spendy but if it actually helps to keep my cholesterol down then it will be worth it. I'll have to wait and see.

Sorry to say this product didn’t work for me, in fact all my numbers went up !I sure wish these non prescription products on the market today would give the results they claim on their bottle!Canceled my subscribe and save!Time to try something else I guess!I have to get these numbers down and prescription meds is not part of my plan !
