Hamilton Beach Belgian Waffle Maker (26009)

Received damaged stability of the base not good and becomes very hot from outer as it doesn't have handle to open it is very difficult to open as it is hot. Upper side of waffle not cook properly.

Love this waffle maker! Doesn't take up much counter space. Haven't needed to try all settings, but be careful when opening to check the waffles.. the little lid handle lifter gets unbelievably HOT! Must use a glove/potholder. The company should figure out a different or longer way to open the lid because it's way too close to the heated grill plates. Be very careful and keep children away when using. It also is a breeze to clean. Wipe and dry, and good to go for next use.

(We have an Olaf one, cute but not easy to use)Waffle turn out really well, once you get the hang of it.No issues with batter leaking from sides once I close it. Even if I fill it up with batter.You can adjust the temp (my setting stays in medium) my kids do like it a bit crunchy, just have to watch it, after a while i sort of figure out when to take the waffle out before it burns.I have no complaint so far. I find this easy to use maybe I’ll make waffles more often than rarely, since my kids prefer this than pancakes.I’ll update this if I ever had any issues.May 2023Our waffle maker is still working just as great!.And we have been using it often.

My old waffle iron made 4 waffles, but they were always soggy. I would leave them in past when the ready light came on, and they were still too soft. The last time I used it I forgot a batch in the iron and 15 minutes later it was actually crisp - but i'd had enough.This one made the waffles more even, more crisp, faster - and its so much easier to store this smaller iron!

Funciona muy bien, no se pegan los waffles y es muy fácil de usar. Había leído algunas otras reseñas que otras waffleras se pegaban y eran difíciles para limpiar y definitivamente está no me decepcionó.
