I don’t usually write reviews but I have to acknowledge the great customer service experience I had with Pfister. First of all I loved their product, they sell a quality product and easy to install. I recently noticed the main hose was leaking and I needed a replacement I called their customer service department and the representative immediately placed an order for the hose that was under warranty and will be shipped to my house within 7-10 business days. We were putting in a new kitchen and needed an answer to getting filtered water from a stylish, modern faucet, with removeable spray head. This has worked perfectly. The installation was a breeze and operation is easy beyond my expectations. The filters work well and have provided odor and taste free water for 4 1/2 month now. I have replacements ready and they look easy to swap out. The filters are a little expensive but I guess you have to pay for convenience. I am surprised other faucet manufacturers have not jumped on this arrangement

We purchased this in 2018, it has worked well & the filters are easy to find and replace. The spray nozzle is now broken though & we cant find a replacement. So knocking down the rating because replacement parts for the actual faucet don't seem to exist without buying the entire faucet again.

New faucet with built in water filter is awesome! Easy to install. Water taste is SO much better than even bottled water. We have very good water pressure as it is and this faucet accommodates nicely. The pull down arm extends outside of sink width so its easy to refill your hot water dispenser, pots, whatever. The height of this faucet is tall and it makes it easy to wash stacked up dishes. Very easy to use filter function - just push lever back. I calked around the base to secure position (besides screw underneath) and water protect. The filters were easy to install. Does not come with soap dispenser so you need to buy it separately (if needed). Spout has 2 functions- stream flow and a waterfall. You switch to either with a push of the button behind spout. Comes with a base to cover the 2 addt'l holes on a 3 hole sink. The lever is also a temp memory feature. When the lever is pulled down to a certain spot and then pushed out the water temp will always be the same after you close it and reopen it in the same spot. ONLY COLD water is filtered.

Nice design, easy install, quality fit and finish, heavy and sturdy faucet. Clear functions on/off and click to filtered water. No mistaking where the handle is. Solid spray head lock up, with good spray pattern. Water pressure in my house is pretty low at 35psi, but I get good flow and the spray has good force. Used to use a Pur filter attached to the faucet and wanted something under counter. Didn't like the idea of a separate faucet for drinking water, and found this. Exactly what I wanted. Filtered water tastes great. Used the extra holes for 2 soap dispensers, dish and hand, for a nice clean look. After I wrestled the old faucet out, it took less than an hour to install this faucet. After a few months, it's still working like new.

We moved to the country and are using well water. I wanted it to be filtered in the sink as well as the fridge. This faucet fits the bill perfectly. We first tried an American Standard model that had the built in filter, but it did not work. Neither did the three replacements they sent us. We finally ordered this faucet. It is much better made and designed. It was also easier to install, and it looks great with my farm sink.

great product. only gripe if I had to point out one is the plastic leader hoses and the step down nut size from the international 1/2 pipe threaded connections. Was a real pain to get the faucet, go to install and see that there are no adapters included and then searching for the adapters. As for the people stating they had it "professionally installed" and it leaks etc... I would say there are many levels of "professional" especially in the plumbing industry. I installed myself, I am not a professional plumber, just handy with tools, common sense, can follow directions and I used teflon tape on all connections as an extra precaution. Zero Leaks, water pressure is great, sprayer is awesome the filter water is great and has very good pressure as well. BUY the adapter with the faucet to save yourself hassle if your house has 1/2 inch pipe threaded connections from your water supply (LASCO 10-0061 Delta Faucet 1/2 Female Pipe...)

It's leaking and i am very disappointed in the product. We bought three and all have problems but this one is really bad and I want to send it back for a refund. PLEASE

It's a great product. Like a few of the other reviewers I paid a plumber to install which was worth it as it was a tight fit for the hoses and there were some issues getting it to fit tightly against the sink. However that being said I love this faucet - it's easy to use, the water pressure is amazing and I appreciate that I can get filtered water out the same faucet. Its pretty easy to run the filtered water for a few seconds before filling a glass or a pot for cooking. The water tastes great and I have no complaints considering I have lead pipes from the city water line I think this is the easiest or one of the easiest cost effective solution. Also I bought mine from the Amazon Warehouse Used in Very Good condition and it was like brand new - the box was a bit mangled but most of the components inside were still sealed in original packaging. Love the deal I got and the item itself. I'd buy again for sure.

I did some research before buying this faucet and never regretted since then. Great water flow ( both filtered and normal water), easy to switch between different modes , very contemporary style faucet. So far, I got everything what I wanted and expected. Great buy!

Performs as advertised, really like the feature for being able to have filtered drinking water out of one faucet. Only been a few weeks , hopefully it will hold out well

My water is fresh again!
