Makes my gray hair look radiant!

This is one of the few shampoos that add red to my hair and stays. I get the best comments after I use it.

I had to transfer to another bottle for easy dispensing. Otherwise it's fine. But Amazon needs to do better

I've gotten compliments on the color of my salt and pepper hair (mostly salt) since I started using this shampoo and the matching Chi conditioner. I left off a star because I've had to scrub blue pigments off of my white tub. But, it works. I had already tried other Chi products and was impressed with their quality.

Pros: easy to use. Didn't stain the gloves I wore when applying. Left my hair feeling soft. Cons: The next day....my hair was limp. Lost its body. Also, the color was NOT red. More of a brown. That isn't what the package/name said. I didn't want brown; I needed red. Too expensive to NOT get the color I wanted.I am adding to my review and am deducting a star. The review above is true. I washed my hair with this shampoo yesterday. Today, I got caught in a rainstorm while running errands with my husband. For the next hour, I kept smelling fish. I looked around for a fish fast food restaurant. We went to a couple of stores, and I couldn't shake the smell. Then I realized it was MY HAIR !!!! I have since washed and conditioned my hair. The fish smell is about 80% gone. I'll shampoo again and hopefully have it all washed out. I would never buy this product again. It didn't provide the red color boost I wanted, and it made my hair smell like wet fish.

I have always loved all the cheap products. So I was surprised after using this product. While it did not stain my hands, which garnered it an extra star, it also didn’t tone my hair.No noticeably strong or a foul odor. It is kind of thick for shampoo but it lathers very well. Says to leave on 5-7 minutes I believe so I left it on for 10! Even more disappointed bcuz still no noticeable improvement. :/Chi needs to rework this product!!

It’s working on brown hair. I like the reddish shade and it doesn’t leave the hair dry. A bit expensive but the quality is good 👍

I've been on the hunt for a colour-adding shampoo between using the Lush henna in marron colour for a while now. I love lush henna but it's messy to use and wash out! I looked forward to trying this product and it works alright--it has a bright pink colour when you squeeze it out of the bottle which suprised me, but it won't make your hair pink, don't worry. I also has quite a strong smell that reminds me of aftershave and salon shampoos mixed together, lol. It's not totally unpleasant but just not the best I've ever smelled, and it definitely lingers on my hair. Not made for the scent-sensitive.I've only used this product a few times now and may not have left it on long enough the first couple of times to see a huge difference. It's more for maintaining vividness of colour rather than tinting your roots, which I actually prefer the Ice Cream brand of hair mask you can get at Shoppers Drugmart for that, and it has a much more pleasant smell! Overall I would give this product a 6.5-7/10 so far because it does make your hair soft and shiny, just not as much colour maintenance as I would've hoped.
