Haven’t put this to any challenging tests yet but it looks and feels like a very nice piece of equipment. Clever design, top quality material and well made.

We love this! We typically have a burn pile for trimmings over the months and we can burn in the spring. It builds up, as you can imagine, and we have a bonfire night with the grandkids and friends to send it off. This is perfect for getting the limbs that are settled in to the pile and the kids love doing the tug-of-war routine to break down the pile.Excellent construction!

Smaller than I thought. Using it to retrieve submerged items at boat.

Paid for itself, I retrieved so much stuff off the dock that got tossed because of the hurricane. Saved myself $400 in lost boat lift parts.

What is not to like? Stainless steel grappling device with 65 feet of nylon rope (cable) at a very reasonable price. I used it as a tethering device for an old apple tree I wanted to cut down. It allowed me to apply tension of the tree to ensure that it would remain stationary while trimming the upper branches. Then I used it to maintain tension on the upper limbs as I cut them down. This was done to ensure that the branches would fall onto my property and not the neighbors. A good feature with this product is the ability to adjust the spread of the arms. I plan to add a clasp at the end of the rope run to allow it to be attached back to the line around a large stationary object (tree, pole, etc.)

Used this for directing trees when felling to clearing a 4 & 1/2 acre catchment pond of tree limbs n excessive pond weed. Well made, sturdy and just useful
