Product is very good...but disappointed with packing

The product is very good...I got it delivered on time. Shoe is very comfortable while playing badminton...but I am very disappointed with the packing... the box was not even covered...and there is some kind of dirt in the shoes....this was not expected from Amazon....so 02 points cut off for packing...
