I have mixed feeling about this dispenser! I bought about a year & few month and finally broke . I bought it in a set so when it stop pumping I was disappointed as I loved the set . I bought the dispenser by itself for the second time for about $19. And pump didn’t work !! Imagine my disappointment so I contact seller immediately they responded send a code to return defective one and sent me a replace ! Received within 3 day been using the replacement and to my amazement it broke within a week of use ! I was able to fix it with super glue . Just disappointed that they don’t make them as good as they use to in the past as I mentioned last one lasted me for almost a whole year and some ! The one thing I can’t complain is customer service was exceptional

I love the appearance of this soap dispenser. It is really beautiful! However, it clogged up after only about a month of use with normal soap. The first time it happened, I asked for a return of the first bottle and ordered the same bottle for a second time. It's so attractive a dispenser that I really wanted to make it work. Unfortunately, I had the same clogging problem with the second bottle after short-term usage. At this point, I just had to give up on it. Pretty is as pretty does!

Beautiful and the pump works better than any I have had. Several reviewers complained about the mirrored part becoming soiled or discolored from the soap running down. They must be really messy people. I have never had one drop run down. The spout extends far enough out that this should not happen. So glad I ordered these to replace some much more pricey soap dispensers that chipped everywhere.

Updated Review: so although very beautiful this lasted about 1 year before the pump mechanism stopped working even after making sure there was no soap clogging the pump. Was hoping it would last longer.Original Review:Beautiful and elegant! Good quality pump mechanism which I appreciate!

I got this soap dispenser because it matches my new tiles and had it in my bathroom for only 6 months-the mirror design is already coming off. And there’s always rust coming out when I press the soap. If I would’ve know the quality is so cheap I wouldn’t have bought. I don’t recommend

It was fantastic the first month, but after daily use the water/ soap suds drip a bit down the side and remove the mirror effect leaving white stains behind the glass that looks like dried toothpaste. Had to throw it out.

I bought the complete set for my bathroom, but the dispenser was broken, I contacted the seller and they automatically replaced it. I am happy, for the kindness and communication they deserve five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
