Power Adapter for Asus Laptop Charger: USA UL Listed Extra Long Notebook Power Cord ADP-45BW ADP-65JH BB EXA0703YH

I purchased this charging cable for my Asus R510C. I was nervous about buying something that was not OEM for my laptop, but it works great! I carefully compared the specs on my original cable to the one in this listing and when they matched, I made the purchase.This Pwr+ cable is much longer than my original cable, which allows me a bit more freedom in where I sit while the laptop is charging. The cord is a lot thicker than the original, and feels much sturdier. The reason I had to replace the original was because the plastic coating had cracked and the actual wires were exposed. I hope this sturdier cable will not have that problem. One of things I noticed with my original cable was that it did NOT have the inverter box; it was just a straight cable from the laptop to the wall outlet. (I really don’t know anything about those or if this was a big deal, it was just something I noticed.) This Pwr+ cable does have that box. The plug of this cable that goes into my laptop is reinforced and fits more tightly into the laptop. The plug for the wall outlet is 3 prong instead of 2, and the plug itself is smaller and a better shape, so it stays in the wall outlet without falling out repeatedly.So everything *looks* like it is better, AND it actually functions better! My original cable often elicited the message from laptop that it was plugged in but not charging. This has not happened with my new charger. It has worked without fail every time. The inverter box does get warm, but not hot. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of this cable, and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for such a product. Of course, if my experience changes I will update this review.

My thrifty son found an old Q302L in a dumpster. The battery was dead, so I bought a universal charger to check it...and the dang laptop worked perfectly! It hadn't been turned on since Jan 2019, which meant the previous owner's power supply died and they didn't want to pay ASUS $90 for a new one. (I completely wiped the hard drive for him; no personal data was saved from previous owner).After reading the very poor reviews of the ASUS-style replacement wall-plug chargers, we decided to go with this charger sold by an American company with 2yr warranty. The Q302 uses the 4mm plug, and it actually charges his laptop faster than the universal one. He really likes the long cord as it makes it easy for him to COVID-homeschool while sitting comfortably on his bed. The build quality is good and doesn't look cheap. There is a bright blue LED on the transformer, but it doesn't bother him. It does NOT get hot since his laptop draws no more than 45w, just a little warm.BTW, the Q302L with i3 is reasonably snappy after doing a complete wipe and fresh Win10 install-->windows update-->driver booster-->Ccleaner scrub, even with the old spinning hard drive. [That's with upgraded additional 8gb ram stick free from his friend.] He now has a great school laptop for the price of this $20 power supply!

When the original charger to my Asus got frayed I needed a new one. I decided upon this one after reading reviews. I belive I made the right choice as this one is better than the one that came with my computer. The cable is very thick and strong, which means it is not prone to getting frayed. It is always worth the extra buck to get something dependable when you deal with electrical things.I also like that this charger has a ground and a very bright light on the charging block to show that it's connected. I also like that the plug that goes into your computer has an angle to it so that the cord hangs straight down when your laptop is on a flat surface. This reduces the tension of gravity that usually causes the wire inside to bend and fray as it heats up and cools down over time (metal fatigue).I liked this brand so much that I purchased one for my mother's computer when her charger died. My mom isn't into technology so I wanted to make sure that she got something quality and safe, since there are a lot of cheapo third party companies out there which produce dangerous chargers and batteries. Overall I would say that I recommend this and it was worth the money.

So glad that a product like this is available. This isn't the first time I've bought a replacement laptop charger and I've never been this satisfied with one. In the past it was always a choice between a ~$25 priced terrible fire hazard w/ an extremely short cord (that would probably last a month at most), a ~$35 charger that was cheap quality and looked a little sketchy, and $45-55 "authentic" replacement that probably wasn't authentic. Thank goodness this time around their was an actual GREAT option available that had good build quality and a dumb long cord. Like this thing is WAY longer than the original.... I love it! So happy with this purchase and I hope that I'm able to buy from this company in the future when I or someone I know needs a replacement.

I was halfway across the country visiting family and had been using my ASUS K53E Laptop to edit some home video segments. On the second day of my visit, I found the laptop battery discharged and the OEM DC power pack was not supplying the power necessary to even run the laptop, much less charge the battery! Since it was the Friday-observed holiday for Saturday the fourth of July, I turned to always trusty (and open!) Amazon.com and found this product from PWR+. The specs were right, the cost was very reasonable, and with my Amazon.com Prime account, I was promised the replacement by Monday. The PWR+ power pack was received as promised following the holiday weekend, and I was able to finish my editing project before returning home. I am quite pleased with the power pack and the “Extra Long 14-foot” overall length is a definite improvement over the original power pack. I would definitely order a PWR+ product again!!

Didn't arrive on time, the old one had given up so awaited this anxiously but didn't arrive on the day promised. Had to cancel the order and reorder as I don't think the first order would have materialised anytime soon. The product however, is excellent.

I bought this yesterday ( 9 June ) as my Original Asus Power cable for X555L Laptop had finally frayed to being unsafe to use. The original power cable supplied by Asus had already broken the top pin of the plug within 2 months of purchasing the laptop.This replacement power cable is superb. Sturdy, with UK and continental leads, also 2 different sizes of jack plug it is way worth £23.99. Don't bother with any replacement power cable that resembles the original ASUS one supplied with your laptop. Get this one. You won't be disappointed.

It works perfectly on my X552C Asus Series, needed a new charger for my laptop as my original one broke and this seems a good replacement, really like the LED light as it shows that the cable is on charge so I always can make sure it's connected.

Was quite anxious at first if this will work with my Asus but works really well and had no troubles at all so far (2 months). The cable feels strong and long and came with UK and EU parts, perfect for travellers!
