Unsupported app
The watch itself is beautiful, and works very well, good craftsmanship, easy to navigate and lots of features. The app on the other end is terrible, I couldn’t login with the same password more than one time, kept on telling me I have been logged out, please login again, and that’s when the problem’s started would not recognize my username and password, click on forgot password, get a Email to reset password and nothing would happen, I finally called the company and was told that the 3+fitness app was no longer supported by the watch manufacturer and that watch shouldn’t be available for sale as it discontinued by the manufacturer, and it can only be used as a Stand alone unit especially with newer phones.
