As long as your wig cap fits snugly, yes!

Q: I thought this was one size fits all? I bought a beige one for my head hoping it would fit my head probably a 24 or 25 head & it doesn't fit.

My head size is 23" and there is no problem with the fit. Call customer service or request a replacement on the web. You may have a defective Grip Band. I went to FL recently and it also functioned as a sweat band, making my full lace wig extra comfortable in the heat. I sincerely hope this helps you.
