It didn't come with cake/cupcake toppers
Didn't come with the cupcake or cake toppers which was the main reason I bought this kit. I couldn't return since it came the day before the party and I needed the banner. Even that came with a 2 on it and didn't show that in the picture. If you don't put helium in the balloons be prepared there is no way to hang them. We had to clip ours up. So many better priced kits don't waste your money.
