Q: How does the mask stay on?? There is no elastic or anything on the inside to hold it in place while wearing it. Wondering if our costume is defective.

It does have an elastic band inside. It stays on pretty well. My son loved it and received a lot of compliments on his costume.

Yes- it’s a pretty big mask and with a robe that has a hood it will cover anything poking out if you have a big head. It’s a really cool costume
