I have owned several of these cameras and use them exclusively for work taking hundreds of photos each day. Was very sad to see the new generation did not include the flip screen which is very useful for what I do. Was a bit hesitant to buy a refurb but the camera I received was fully packaged, not a scratch on it and has worked perfectly. Also received the camera actually one day quicker than advertised which was also a plus. Will definitely consider buying from these guys again when I need another camera.

Took it to Mexico. Dove into a cenote with it. Used it in the pool. Worked perfectly.

I had the prior model which I LOVED, but the screen stopped turning on after about 1-2 years. Luckily I had gotten one of the warranty's and was able to get money back to buy another camera.I recently got this one, already wary of the factory refurbished status, but since no new models are on the market, I went ahead and ordered one.Unfortunately it came broken. The camera would not turn on. I finally removed the battery and replaced it with my old (already charged battery) and the camera worked fine. But the battery just won't charge on it. I had to return it and am waiting for its replacement. Hoping this one will come working.Pretty disappointed that the factory refurbished camera was broken upon arrival.Highly recommend buying a warranty.

So far so good.
Camera works fine, however, the only issue is it did not include the "USB-AC adapter" so I am unable to charge the battery. Will change to 5 star if I ever get the power adapter.Update - you can charge with just the provided USB - it just takes a few minutes for it to detect the charge. Still no USB-AC Adapter included.About to take it on a 4 day kayaking trip. Hopefully it holds up.
