This is a very good bush knife for the price.
This is a very good bush knife. Some traditional folks don't like a poly handle. Okay wood is much cooler. This thing is lite, come sharp, scandi grind, grip fits my hand nice, seems to hold an edge. It is a back up knife, so I have only had it out to feather, minor work on notches, light process of fire wood about 8 or 10 times. Comparable to a mora, very good durable weather resistant knife. good slim dee sheath.

Practical Perfection...
I just received the knife literally an hour ago, and I'm very impressed. Razor sharp, flawless, light-weight, good looking, affordable, and damn-near indestructible. What more can I say? Now that there are no more restrictions on blade-carry in Texas, I'll make this my EDC. Great knife, great buy! :)

Great, simple, stealth, sharp knife useful for many things. I love this one
I have bought 6 of these so far i keep one on my person always except when travelling by air...TSA got one ... which was sad but at this price my tears were not too heavy for long... the extras i keep on hand and i have shared with several people, makes a great gift for someone who is deserving ... the new ones have a hard plastic sheath , i liked the softer cordura covered sheath it was better for me and the way i carry it, it is stealth and unobtrusive, and handy for many applications. I just gave one away yesterday, so i will order more soon... love emthese come sharp! and once used, are easy to sharpen....

Exceptional design edu/ utility knife
This is a modern version of the famous Tapio Wirkkala as made by Hackman in the 1960s . A great design. It is a very good utility/camp knife. If one wraps the handle (using the grooves) with a good fishline, a more attractive, sturdy, and comfortable handle can be achieved, and depending on the size of your line the grip can be adjusted ( the handle is a good grip but not the best feeling). I have purchased two and expect to purchase more - originals run $300 and up. I suspect that this modern steel is superior to the original, Finnish manufacture though it was. I too am going to throw one in every car as well as picnic basket and kitchen.

Best knife maker ever this is one of my favorites it is so adorable
This is my favorite knife maker these are my favorite knives big enough they can get almost any job done but small enough it's compact and you can carry everywhere. Absolutely love using them for when I'm out hiking camping I use them to butcher my exotic animal meat I am a zookeeper always forgetting to sharpen my knife n it's still sharp

Great knife for the money.
Great knife for the price obviously the quality is a little bit lacking but for the price it's a really good buy. It is a very nice slicer and wood carving knife that can be used for pretty much everything. I would strongly recommend it and trust me I know knives.

Its ok
The handle is weird. The sheath is moraish. Its a good knife for the money. But for a few more id buy the mora if youre lookin for an outdoor knife. I use this in the kitchen. Its darn sharp!

The sheath is a huge improvement
This is my 2nd Finn Bear and it can be used for anything except for prying. The first one I put through dry logs with a hammer. It kept a sharp edge and I trust the 4116 German steel for slicing. The sheath is based on the traditional leather sheaths used by the Finns which allow the knife to be carried in any slot. The handle is designed like their Cold Steel Bokken that forces edge alignment while cutting. I have Medium size hands and it feels like I can scrape off meat from bones.
