I have been using these replacement blades for years. Works in most utility knives well. Easy to remove from the dispenser.

Stanley Utility Blades
I use these blades every day on the farms. They are used over and over to cut bread and feed bags daily. I have tried other brands, but theses have been the best for my jobs!

Dangerous, brittle
The Stanley "heavy duty""all purpose" utility blades (made in USA) will snap rather easily if pryed laterally.I know that cutting in a straight line isn't an issue, but many times utility blades are used to cut really stubborn material, and many times twisting and bending these sort of blades is involved in these instances. So what I do to test the toughness of a utility blade is to take two pliers and bend the blade to see if it will snap. And this blade shattered with little force.First I test the tip strength, and then I bend the middle of the blade. And this Stanley utility blade failed both of the bend tests miserably.I was surprised at how vigorously the blade pieces flew when the blade snapped when bent. (And it didn't take much bending to snap them either). They may be cheap blades, but even so, don't waste your money on this particular Stanley blade.~The best blades in my tests were the Dewalt bimetal blades, but they're getting hard to find. The runner up was the Lenox gold. The Lenox gold were good, but they weren't nearly as tough as the DeWalt bimetal blades. The Tajima V-REX 2 were total failures too in my bend test. They snapped exactly like these Stanley blades did.So I don't recommend Tajima V-REX blades either. They break too easily, and are (in my opinion) like these Stanley blades, too dangerous to justify buying if you're someone who works outdoors and puts blades under serious stress. But if you're a casual household user of utility blades, (opening boxes and such) then any of them will do fine.Thank you for sharing some of your valuable time with me.All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ, and no glory to us whatsoever!
