Refurbished TV
TV had internal screen broken. Now I have to deal with discarding it. Will never buy anything refurbished again.

Q90A OR Q70A Are Probably Better Options
First of all I give the seller and the condition of the used television 5 stars. The delivery was ahead of schedule and after opening I'm not sure anyone would be able to tell that it was not brand new. With that being said I have the 65" Q7F version from a few years ago and this picture pales in comparison to even that. The Q70A and Q90A were ranked better in picture quality and this is due mainly to the difference in panel types. The 80 uses an IPS panel while the others use a VA panel. The former offers minimal gains in viewing angles but seems to suffer in contrast and in the case of the 90A which uses mini LEDs for backlighting you get much better local dimming allowing it to get an even brighter display.Don't get me wrong, it's still a nice TV, buy if you're shopping around for a QLED display you can do much better within a comparable price range.

Bought new TVs. Received refurbished and don’t work well. Terrible experience. Returning all TVs.
Better to buy TVs in a physical store. To much hassle trying to get delivered. Bought new…. Received refurbished TVs from a secondary supplier. Terrible experience. I will be returning all TVs for a refund.

Seriously big tv
Upgraded from 65 to 85. Really big, not a 1 person job, 4k is nice, 1080 feels like standard def now. I got a refurbished unit and thankfully nothing's wrong to my knowledge. Good prime day buy at a great price.

Know before you buy
The picture quality is truly awesome. However, there are some things you need to know before you buy. I bought a number of these and there seem to be some consistent issues, especially if you plan to use AppleTV boxes like me.Picture - the picture is great, but when using the Smart TV apps (not AppleTV box) there’s a dim spot of about 2ft across by 6in down in the upper left screen. You notice it when the screen should be black. This is not present when using an external video source like AppleTV.Sound - the trade off is that when using the AppleTV box, the sound is intermittent. This happens across all of these that I’ve had (7 total). The fix is to use an external audio source, but you must plug the audio into the eArc HDMI and run the video to another HDMI.If you are planning to use Apple TV, plan on also having an external audio source. Once you do that, you’ll have an awesome set up. If it weren’t for these issues that Samsung apparently won’t acknowledge, the TV would be a 5 hands down.
