Ameristep Shifter Ground Blind, 75" Shooting Width and 67" Shooting Hight

I had high hopes for this blind. I give it 2 stars for looks and room. Other than that, it is quite disappointing. I'll start by saying I bought it exclusively for turkey hunting, to be able to put up and take down easily. Although it does fairly easily, the rods tend to slip out of the hubs. The "tough durashell" fabric is thin, and quite noisy. It has a significant amount of play in even a slight breeze. Around the top of the outside there are sewn on straps to brush it in, (which really isn't necessary for turkey hunting) that create a loud, vibrating, humming sound in any wind, like a giant bumblebee. The windows are poorly designed as well, only zippers on the outside edges, so bring clothes pins if you want to adjust them. I left it out overnight in 10 mph winds and 2 of the hubs collapsed. Extremely disappointing. I'm not sure if anyone field tested this product before sending it to production. In my opinion, you're paying for the Kryptek pattern. Not worth it.

The product is easy to set up and comfortable. However, it is extremely loud in the field when opening/closing windows and zippers. I wish I had spent a little more and purchased a nicer blind with better quality windows and doors.

Set it out and shot a deer with my muzzle loader a week later.

Lasted 1 month. Roof collapsed, filled with water and froze. Roof is stretched out beyond usable. Not covered under warranty.

Blind is awesome ..easy up easy down and comes with a carry bag.enough room for two comfortably with chairs
