My colts in yearling size now. It's almost too small now. Would small be the next size up?

I went from yearling to standard size. Their halters tend to run small. My horse is still a yearling and that size still fits her as she grows. They have their measurement size guide in the pics for the halter. Click on the pic of the halter and swipe over.

Will it work for a 17.1 hh Frisian/perch?

Well it depends, every horse is so different as far as head shape and size. It's not always dependent on the number of hands. If you google knottygirlz, we have a size chart on the site. That should help you find the proper size. Hope that helps, if not let me know, thx, robyn

Great Quality

This is my second time purchasing a rope halter and lead rope!! I absolutely love them. I've been training a few 2 year olds and they really respond well, and the quality is amazing. Perfect!

Nicely made- Like the feel

This is a quality product. I have a Morab 14.2 hands and I got the small after reading the reviews. It fits but I think a med would have been a better fit, Its just right on the cusp of being too small. It is well made and I think it will last. Very happy with the purchase and I LOVE the ice blue color!
