Good value for money - a bit stingy on the shelves, no grill pan
We ordered this to replace a double oven that had limped on for 20 years. The improvement in cooking performance was stunning - the Zanussi actually gets up to the temperature set on the oven dial, and cooks perfectly. It's a heavy old beast to install, and I'd recommend removing both oven doors as well as the shelves before attempting to lift it. There are instructions on how to do this in the user manual (the rather curt installation instruction sheet doesn't mention it).I feel Zanussi have possibly gone a "cost saving too far" by only including 2 oven shelves - that's one per oven - and no grill pan. There is a black enamelled roasting tin, which could be used for grilling, but you need to grab it by the edges with a pair of oven gloves... not always ideal if you have rashers of bacon spitting away under the grill. I kept the grill pan from my old cooker, but still, not supplying one is a bit cheapskate. The instruction manual seems to have been carelessly edited, as it refers to a grill or non-fan heating in the main (lower) oven. The only options available for the main oven are Fan cook and Defrost. The top oven has the grill and two different non-fan oven modes. There's also an unintentionally funny "clarification sheet" for the grill, which not only refers (again) to the non-existent lower oven grill, but also has different symbols to those printed on the cooker itself. Not very clarifying, really!Pros:Good value at this price point- Oven temperatures are accurate- Stylish appearance- Straightforward electrical connection to a 30A or 45A cooker circuitCons:- Only 2 shelves supplied and no grill pan- The timer is basic - you can set it to turn the oven off after xx hrs yy minutes, but can't set it to come on at a future time, or to complete cooking by a time in the future (with my old oven you could)- Chrome/stainless steel shelf supports will probably required more cleaning than the black, self-cleaning type- Instruction manual refers to functionality that isn't present (grill and non-fan heating in the main oven - these are not available)

Replacement for old one
A great product, my only gripe is every time I buy a replacement oven, it comes with less and less accessories. The last one I bought had three oven shelves, this one only had two. Still a great product though and seems lo last about five years.

Less space and shelf
Food cooked ok, but less internal space and less shelf, you get what you paid for, cheap !!
