uxcell RF Coaxial to MCX TV Antenna Cable Adaptor DVB-T DVBT

I bought this cable adapter to attach an external antenna to RCA TV  RCA DHT235A 3.5-Inch LED-lit 720p 60Hz TV (Silver) . It is suggested by Amazon in the 'customers by with' comments. Reviewers for the TV made various statements about difficulty getting an adapter. I can confirm that THIS ITEM DOES NOT FIT the TV jack. Close, looks like the right size diameter, but it is not long enough to actually attach.Takes a couple of weeks to arrive because it is mailed from China. Appears to be a perfectly good adapter, just doesn't fit.Does anyone have specs for an adapter that will fit?

As the other reviewers have said, this DOES NOT FIT as supplied. Expect to carefully shave off rubber from the plug until it "clicks" (locks in place). And you likely do not have anything that will fit the jack on the other end; most people cut it off and solder in a standard "F" connector. I used hotglue to insulate and strain-relieve mine, but you might prefer to get an "F-Connector Patch Cord" cutting off one end so you can solder your connection in-line. The patch-cord will give you the length to connect -- your antenna almost certainly is farther than five inches from your TV!

First problem: the mcx connector did not fit the portable tv so I had to use an exacto knife to cut off some of the black plastic. It then fit just fine. Next problem: this is my fault, I don't know what a Gino RF connector is. I wanted a regular Cable connector and this is not it.

The item is as described. What is important to note is that the "RF Coaxial" is a PAL female connector. A  Gino Silver Tone Plated F Female to TV PAL Male Plug RF Coaxial Adapter 2 Pcs  will convert it to a more common F-connector.

I am sure it is fine if you have equipment it fits.I just doesn't fit the RCA DHT235A tv. The plug is about half as long as it needs to be.

Enough said. Does what it is supposed to do. No signal loss or noise introduced as far as I can tell.

becauae i wanted to increase rthe channels on my tv but this decice diesnt even fit the tv but thats what we get dor buying chinas crap

Did not work with the antena I purchase or match with ten RCA 3.5 inch digital tv. I don't remember how I was led to purchase this. Guess my fault.
