It arrived flat, but it’s a good basketball.

Terrible company to deal with, ball doesn't stay inflated
A) product took way too long to ship out.B) when product did arrive, it didn't maintain air more than 1 day after inflation.C) when requesting a replacement, company won't ship out until they have received the original item back.Which brings us back to A)Update: turns out it's even worse, when USPS tried to deliver the item back to fanletics, it was "undeliverable" because of no access to return address. This was using the Amazon created label! Absolute fraud!
