Does Amdro sell refill rings or do you have to just buy another set when empty?

They sell overpriced rings. Get a bag of castration rings (for livestock) on Amazon. Same thing, maybe different color. 10x more rings per bag at 1/3 the price.

Can these be used outdoors or only indoors?

They can be used either indoor or out. They are a hard plastic and bait is covered.

Do these rat traps use the same latex bands as the mouse traps?
