Less than 20 minutes to achieve unexcelled complete enlightenment. N breathwork, incense, bells or sand gardens needed. Just sit down, hands on knees, and open your eyes.

Uncomfortable
I ended up returning this. It felt too tall for comfortable cross-legged sitting (and I'm 6'0") and the 90 degree edge seemed rather noticeable on the back of my thighs. Truth be told, its replacement (also a buckwheat hull pillow, but more rounded) doesn't have much more give. It's more of a perch than a cushion, but it will get you upright with good posture!

So far I am very happy with it.
Sits up a little higher and is comfortable for those with less flexible joints. Price was very good. Many enlightened moments sitting on it meditating
