The massager does have a “professional” look, but otherwise it’s definitely consumer I.e., throwaway quality. I’ve had my unit for 13 months and like someone else in the reviews pointed out, the massager died a little after the warranty expired. Actually, I’m only guessing that’s the warranty period as I could not find anything on the Amazon website giving any info like warranty or manufacturer contact info.The battery lights up “green” that it’s ready to boogaloo, but while using it it just croaked. I tried CPR, a defibulator, telling it jokes but nothing would revive it.So now I guess I will look for a real “professional” quality unit that I imagine will set me back a couple hundred if not more.

I was skeptical at first. Besides reviews on Amazon. There is almost nothing about this product you can find on Google. Which made me a bit weary of this purchase. Also the fact the company name or model number isnt listed in the title is a little sketchy. This is a WubeFine EM27 (good luck finding anything on Google). When you receive it. You have to charge it for the full six hours before it will even turn on. Which is a strange feature. But whatever.Pros: Functions as good as my friends four hundred dollar Theragun. Its quiet. Battery is solid so far. The intensity settings are good. Its the perfect tool for post workout. Relieves soreness and tension in muscles very well. Solidly built with a nice weight to it. Easy to use.Cons: The lack of information on this product anywhere online bothers me. The attachments feel cheap and I don't really see any use for them, just extra crap for marketing. The ball attachment does just fine for all parts of the body.Neutral: Works best if you have a partner to use it on hard to reach or unreachable parts of the body like mid/lower back and back side of the shoulders.

A friend showed me his new gadget that he used on his tight muscles acquired when driving long distances. I tried it out and couldn't believe how good it felt on my tight hip muscles. I was amazed at how powerful it was compared to the handhelp reach massager I have that felt wimpy compared to this device. Whereas, it didn't give permanent relief immediately, I knew that over a number of sessions I could work out the knots in my sore muscles. I have not been disappointed. It comes with many heads suitable for various parts of the body. My only complaint is one of the heads does not fit tightly into the massager and is therefore not useable. I showed my daughter the device and she had her husband use it on the knot it her back and immediately told him to get her one for Christmas, which he did.

I got the product and was so excited charged it, it wouldn’t even turn on. I requested a replacement I got one, but it’s not the same. The original one I got had a nice little case for all of the attachments. The replacement did not. I love the machine otherwise.
