A bedside table must-have for any introvert, struggling in their journey...
I've been following Terrance Lee for a while on Instagram. So when I heard about his book coming out, I was intrigued because I had already become invested in him and his content. This book is a fantastic manifesto for introverts who are looking to be a leader in their work, family, or community. It deconstructs a lot of the stereotypes that introverts are told: we're quiet, we're shy, we're weak, we have no value, we're boring. I actually wish I had this book to read in my 20s! This would have saved me so much heartache and unnecessary stress. The book is divided by essential leadership traits which is broken down into separate chapters and sections, so it's easy to digest and absorb. I loved the personal stories from Terrance. Stories are always the best way to communicate and he really hit it out of the park on this. The personal stories were my favorite because I resonated with several of them. There are a few spelling and grammatical errors. And as a nurse practitioner, I can't help but feel the intense necessity to correct him for misspelling the ADHD medication Ritalin. HOWEVER(!), that DOES NOT take away from this 5 star review or the fantastic impact this book can have on introverts everywhere. Congratulations on a fantastic debut book, Terrance! Can't wait to see where else your journey takes you.

Incredible and Uplifting Book
I loved reading the book! Very inspiring and thought provoking for sure. I included a brief couple sentence snippets (hopefully they will still allow my review to post?). As part of the introduction to the book, it is eye opening (at least the me) to this about. It is put together quite solid as well. The hard cover is excellent and the pages thick enough to highlight and not see through to the back side/next page. Font size is also great, I think, right in the middle. I also appreciate how things are broken down; the encouragement that continues to be provided throughout; and that, at the end of every chapter, he includes key principles and pillars - with an action plan. I would definitely recommend for those that are the scanners in the room!

What an Introvert Needed
I found Quiet Voice Fearless Leader to be a breath of fresh air. As an introvert I found it to be relatable and felt in many ways like I was reading my own life story. The stories/examples are based on personal experiences from Terrance Lee. I enjoy how Terrance used the examples of his family to explain how he developed his own character which is of a standup man and leader. The layout made the book easy to read and comprehend. The Three Pillars in each chapter gives important knowledge based on the principles with a plan of action to keep growing/improving. Quiet Voice Fearless Leader proves that being an introvert is a strength and prepares us with the tools to make it our advantage. If you are an introvert, this book is meant to help guide you to your best self. If you are not an introvert, this book is to help you understand the introvert you do know.We all have a voice, some of us just need a boost to help us express ourselves….Quiet Voice Fearless Leader has answered our call.

Refreshing Read for Introverts
I found this book to be very helpful as an introvert like myself. The 10 points Lee provides are helpful, whether you're in leadership, or just a regular person like myself. Very easy to read. The stories and examples he provides helps you set into context of the 10 points he provides in the book. It's definitely a book to have on your shelf for any situation you find yourself in as an introvert.

This Amazing Book is for Every Leader
I loved - not just liked - this book. I've been telling everyone I can about it and have a list of people I'm going to gift it to. It has something for every leader not just introverts IMHO. The stories are so authentic and relevant. The teachings are easily digestible and actionable. I HIGHLY recommend this book to say the least.

Has Some Good Advice, But Misses the Mark on Introversion
I don't know Mr. Lee personally, however while reading this book, it did not come across as if it was written by an introvert. It came across as an extrovert who learned to regain their confidence after an unfortunate encounter with a terrible school teacher. At best I believe Mr. Lee is an extrovert with high emotional intelligence, even his opening statements about introverts "being ok with being alone" as their defining feature is off the mark. Introverts aren't just ok with being alone, we recharge from it, unlike extroverts who draw their energy from being with people. I found good snippets of advice involving building confidence, but not wanting to speak up because you're scared is not an introverted thing, that's a social anxiety thing. I had high hopes for this book, but for someone who dubs himself "The Introverted Leader" I was unable to see that connection. It left the book feeling hollow because it's premise is off the mark. It should be marketed as a confidence building book, not one on introversion and leadership.

Excellent Leadership Principles
I love this book! This is one of those leadership books to keep close by and reread occasionally to stay sharp with your leadership principles. I really liked that while this book contains principles for introverts, most of the principles will also be beneficial to leaders that are not introverts. The author obviously had a great parental foundation that has surely helped shape him as a great leader. I’m sure it is in part what has helped him “Master his Craft.” I am ordering a few more copies to give out to some members of our management team at my organization. I highly recommend this book!
