I didnt buy because of kids but apparently the seals on our fridge are worn out so we kept finding the door ajar. This product works perfect. Easy to apply and the adhesive is extra strong. Even when we foget and pull on the door the adhesive holds. Very pleased.

This has kept my toddler OUT of the fridge. It’s a great size and seems to be strong. We have it at the top of our fridge doors and it does not stand out much which is nice.

Works pretty well and get 2 of them for a good price.

It seems good quality. I can’t figure out how to take it off my fridge; that sucker is stuck on there. It could have a better way of child lock as it took my toddler maybe a day to figure it out.

Absolute waste of money. Would not hold for even a modest pressure. If an infant tried to open the door with the latch it might work but short of that this product is worthless. I would not waste my money.

The only place we could put a lock on our GE Profile French doors was below the handles or above the handles. We chose above to keep it out of reach of our toddler. I'm positive he would have figured it out quickly if we'd put it below the handles. I was worried that they'd break easily because this is a 2-pack, but that's not the case. We've been using it for over a year with no problems. The adhesive and the plastic are strong. I also like that the clear is very inconspicuous.

It was great for a few days. The horde of minions that roams my house was not able to raid the string cheese, juice, and strawberries. It was easy to install, easy to open, and the double-sided tape stuck well. Unfortunately, one hard tug by my 3 year old was all it took to break it. The little post that the latch grabs onto is very small and it snapped off. On a plus note, the adhesive was pretty easy to remove and didn’t leave any residue.Oh well, at least it was cheap. And I had food in the fridge for a few days.
