Nalgene Mini-Grip Bottle, 12-Ounce

I am familiar with Nalgene as I had a bottle a while ago which I lost. I was going to replace it and purchase one for my husband. I noticed on their website that they express political views. I do not care to be bombarded by companies political view when I shop, regardless whether I agree with them or not.I will pass.

Love the size and green color, but bought it because of the advertized mini-grips. This one does not the 'mini-grips" or the Nalgene logo on the side. I don't know if this is authentic Nalgene since I could not find the one I did receive on Nalgene's website (which shows the 12 oz mini-grip for about $4 less than I paid).

I love this little bottle! It's perfect for taking small amounts of liquid anywhere. My favorite thing about it is how wide the mouth is. Unlike other bottles this size, the mouth is large enough to fit a cleaning brush. Plus it's dishwasher safe. I use this thing basically every day.

I was excited to get this mini Nalgene bottles though unfortunately upon receiving them they look and feel totally fake. the plastic does not visually appear to be of the same quality, the logo/brand of Nalgene looks counterfeit and the bottle does not have the branding on the side of the bottle that the product image indicates it should have. This is an Amazon recommendation which has me scratching my head.

The slate (blue) water bottle is different from the picture and I feel disappointed. It does not have the grip, which is in the product name. It's also missing the volume markings.
