Not worth the money people.....
Hey everyone, if you’re buying these for the Mandalorian idea like myself, I would not recommend it. Please view the pics and judge for yourself. First of all, the can is a little bigger than a Red Bull can . The tea pods inside are paper thing with little of the tea inside. I tried to remove an unpleasant sticker on the can and when I did it ripped the back of the label.Bottom line is that these guys are cashing in on the Mandalorian (which is great) but they fail to deliver satisfaction for a fan and a collector like myself. As for the tea inside? I haven’t tried it yet, but I have plenty of other Green Tea that I don’t need to yet. I simply bought it for the cool storage can that it comes in. Just disappointed with the end result. This CLEARLY is overpriced

Sticker on tea tin ruins image
The Child Green Tea arrived with a sticker on the front. Tried to take it off, and it ripped The Child's face off. Meant this for a gift, but it was un-giftable.

Just a Label on a tin
These are NOT a collectors tin in my opinion, it is simply a label on a tin. I guess for the price I was expecting a nicer item. Just received them so I haven't had the tea yet but I'm sure it's fine.

So rude...
Are you kidding me??? I read some reviews about the sticker being an issue to some people, but this?? They literally could have put it anywhere else! They chose directly over Grogu?!!! I'm sure the tea is great, I love the company that makes it, but whoever stuck that sticker on there is awful and I swear they did it on purpose just to be rude. Trying to remove it leaves a residue and seems like it'll rip the paper. I didn't need it pristine but come on man...

There was a sticker placed right on half the Mandalorian
I had placed two orders, one for the Mandalorian one, the other for The Child one. When the Child one arrived, there was no issues whatsoever with it. When the Mandalorian one arrived a few days later, there was a sticker placed right over part of the Mandalorian. I tried to carefully remove the sticker but it ended up tearing the label, which sucks. Who puts a sticker over the picture? Definitely disappointed. Even after trying to fix it as best I can, it still looks like crap. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and there's no way I can give it as a gift like this.

Brew more of this I will!
I found this tea on a different website, and after checking on Amazon I found it and bought it here. The price is a little higher on Amazon, but once you take into consideration the shipping costs, I think Amazon is probably a better deal, but that means it's still expensive for 8 tea bags where each tea bag makes 1 quart. Before even opening the delivery package I could smell the tea, and it is a pleasant, fruity smell. If you have a tea loving friend who needs a pick-me-up, getting this delivered would do the trick!I'm still working on a brewing process -- according to the instructions, you need a heat resistant container that will hold 2 cups of water for 5 to 7 minutes. I actually think I'll end up with more than 1 quart of flavorful iced using my first bag. The brewed tea is not sweet, but has an amazing blueberry taste. It's very refreshing on a hot day.I know from reading reviews of other Mandalorian-themed Republic of Tea products, buyers get upset over the condition of the container. If you are buying this as a collectible, here's my warning... the tin is not printed with the Grogu image. It's printed on paper that is wrapped around the tin and on mine, the paper edge on the bottom is slightly ripped in places where it should have been tucked into the bottom tin edging. In comparing with other Mandalorian-themed Republic of Tea products, packaging seems to be similar.

Tasty tea, great stocking stuffer!
It served as a super cute stocking stuffer for the Star Wars fan in my life and he was generous enough to share some with me! I really loved the flavor of this and I’m not even usually a huge fan of green tea—the hint of honey in the taste makes me give it an A+. A lot of people just gave this a low rating because they were expecting a collectors item and didn’t like how flimsy the packaging was (I guess they expected it to be a solid tin that they would keep and display?). If you’re simply looking for tasty tea that happens to have a cute theme, then you will be very satisfied with your purchase.

Tea is just okay
I like the Mandalorian, and I needed black tea because I had run out, so I thought I would give this a go. The tin has a fun design, and I enjoy that; but if it weren’t for the fact that the tin contained tea, I wouldn’t have bought it. So, this will be a review of the tea. This is a decent, plain black tea. The teabags are pretty typical, containing very fine pieces. (By that I mean, this is a standard teabag tea that is not whole leaf.) When brewed, the tea is a very dark brown, with a lot of body. It is moderately astringent. I find the aroma and flavor to be relatively bland — and aside from a very slight malty quality, I don’t notice anything that makes this tea special or different. It looks impressive in the tin and in the cup, but ultimately, this tea is just okay. Perfectly adequate! But, I don’t think it’s interesting enough that I would seek it out again. I also think that given its unremarkable flavor, for me it wasn’t a very good value for the money. It’s very cool that there is licensed tea for the Mandalorian, but I do wish that the tea itself were a bit more exciting.A final oddity: The app is prompting me to rate this tea on its “sheerness,” and I have no clue at all what that would mean here! I would only rate “sheerness” if this were something like cloth or clothing or paint. What’s up with that??
