Gobi II 11 GPH Universal Voltage Condensate Removal Pump (120/240V)

I needed a new pump for my mini split unit and purchase this item. It only worked for like six months and then just totally stopped working. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product or the seller. I’ve tried to message the seller multiple times with no response. It’s very unfortunate because this was a very expensive item and the seller doesn’t seem to care that they are selling faulty products. If you have a mini split unit and the pump is bad, you can hire a technician to take out the pump and bypass it with a gravity drain and you won’t need to deal with the headaches of these faulty pumps always breaking down.

The media could not be loaded.  We purchased through a vendor who also installed the pump. It mounts outside of the AC unit so you can clean the filter often. It is supposed to be very quiet but ours bubbled and gurgled more often than not. The vendor came back to try to troubleshoot and it seemed like the sensor was too low, which caused it to pull in air. Loudly. After two hours messing with it, they took it out and installed a different type/brand.
