Very Comfortable for All Day Wear
Because of a sore elbow I was looking for a compression sleeve I could wear on a daily basis. I am 6’ male. Never having worn a compression sleeve before I measured my elbow circumference at 12.5in and ordered three brands in the size specified by their sizing chart: Kunto-M, Venom-L, Mava-L. The Kunto ($22), is the lightest, with thinnest material, and shortest (9”) of the three. I found the Kunto too tight and could not wear it comfortably for long periods, I guess I would like a L size better. The tags need to be sewn in for easy removal to make it more comfortable like the other two. For a lighter weight, thinner, shorter sleeve or for a smaller person, the Kunto would be a good choice. The Venom ($20) is 1” longer at 10” and the material a bit thicker than the Kunto. The Venom is comfortable for hours at a time and gives great support. I recommend the Venom. The Mava $15 (for two) is the same length (10”) as the Venom, has the thickest material of all three, and gives slightly less support than the Venom. The Mava is the most comfortable for wearing long periods and because of this is the one I wear the most. If you buy any other sleeve, I recommend you spend the $15 for a pair of the Mava sleeves too. The Mava per sleeve cost is 1/3 of the Kunto. My overall ratings: Kunto-3, Venom-5, Mava-5.

Best I have used
I've been to the gym and lifted weights consistently for the last 25 years or so and my elbows are really beginning to show some wear. After a recent bout of tendonitis in my elbow I decided to purchase an elbow sleeve to see if it would alleviate smenof the pain when working out. I purchased a different brand of sleeve and in general I was satisfied with the product except for being in between a large and a medium. I ordered a large and while it was ok, it fealt a little loose. I purchased one of these sleeves because i was more towards the middle of the large size....figured even tho it was my left elbow that hurt I could still wear a sleeve on each arm. I didn't know that this purchase was actually 2 sleeves (so now I have 2 mava and 1 other brand (no...I don't have 3 elbows). Anyway, there is no comparison between the mava sleeve and the other brand I purchased. The mava sleve is tighter and more supportive but somehow still allows better movement. I still have elbow pain but it is not as intense.....these sleeves definitely help. They also get very warm when working out which some may or may not like. Personally, I find the heat therapeutic. I would purchase these again and would recommend them to other gym rats.

Average sleeve at a good price.
I followed the sizing guide and they seem to fit true to size. In hindsight, I may have gone one size smaller for a tighter fit because I generally prefer a tighter fit in compression products.I found these sleeves to provide good compression, although the one thing that bothers me is that they tend to feel itchy over time. I'm not sure if that's just me, but I haven't had this issue with compression sleeves before. That's why I gave them 3 stars instead of a solid 4 stars.I use Amazon Review as a way to help guide my purchases; I'm always looking for honest, and unbiased feedback on products. I hope I've provided that. If you found my review helpful, please consider giving it a thumbs up.Now throw on a compression sleeve, and get back to your workout!

I Noticed a difference the first time I put them on.
I have been in big box retail for 20 years. Every job regardless of position I have held in the store has required physical labor. Loading and unloading for customers and working freight. I also was not very smart about how I lifted boxes or cared how much they weighed to determine if I needed help. I am a man and I can do it, be damned with help and nothing was to heavy I could not get the job done. I worked harder not smarter. As I have gotten older the work has begun to catch up with me. The aches and strains last longer than they used to. Recently my elbows to my biceps had begun to hurt almost regardless of the amount of weight. From lifting my grandson who is 25lbs to 100+ lb boxes at work. I began to search for an elbow/ bicep sleeve online. As I am cheap I looked at the less expensive first. I saw the mava elbow sleeves based on price first and description second. I decided to give them a try. They arrived on time with follow up e-mails from the mava team. As soon as I received them I put them on. I didn't work that day and wanted to get used to them and test them out before I went to work the next day. I noticed a difference from the first day I put them on. They have made a huge difference at work. While I still have the pain at times, it has diminished a substantial amount. And I've been destroying my joints for years so it would be ridiculous to imagine all the pain would go away after a week of wearing them. They have not rolled down, are flexible, provide support without impeding movement. I wear them everday now. My hope is after awhile they will give my elbow the support in lifting that I need so I can heal up and not need to wear them when I am not working. If you choose to purchase this product I believe you will notice a difference as I have.

Look ma! No whip marks
Recently got these for protection against double unders. If you regularly whip yourself while performing double unders, this is for you. For some reason I only get whipped on my right arm. Specifically the tricep. I have a 4 inch radius where all the backlash will concentrate on one arm, but I wear both just in case. I usually have 4-6 new whip marks per WOD with double unders. It really is so bad, I look as if I have been badly abused by my step mother with a wire hanger. I seriously had seriously considered giving up performing double unders prior to this purchase. These sleeves provided the cushion I needed to keep going. Yes, I still whip myself, but I no longer have whip marks to show for it. Thank you Mava!

Good, but not for weights heavy enough to give the bodies of the models wearing them...
Pros- They come as a pair. Low price. Very comfortable. Look good. Very easy to put on as no straps.Cons- Not suitable for heavy weight lifting as not enough support (but are okay for lighter strength training).I am a GP and enjoy weight lifting as part of keeping healthy. I managed to damage a ligament (lateral ‘radial collateral’ ligament) in my elbow stopping my 3 year-old daughter falling down the stairs a few months ago. Now my weights have been increased my elbow is getting painful again. Within 2 days of wearing this my pain had gone. I can wear it all day in my job as a GP (Doctor) with no problems. I am well built and large fits well. I tried it in the gym for my upper body workout. It allowed me to do a few sets of 15 dips, but when any lateral (outward) movements were required with my arm the pain was triggered and lasted another day or two. They are definitely worth getting as they really do help. I will be getting a new support for weights with reenforced sides to use in the gym, keeping these Mava ones for every other occasion.

Disappointed with Poor Quality, Cheap Material and Appalling Service
Very thin material, like a stretchy bandage, providing negligible support or compression. Its was similar to wearing a loose jumper or cardigan sleeve round the elbow - so useless for its intended purpose. Sizing chart is also misleading. When I contacted the company they promised to send out a replacement - but didn't !They also promised to refund Amazon's delivery charge, which Amazon deducted when the sleeves were returned - but they didn't !Very disappointed with both the poor quality product and, despite all their promises, the appalling customer service !Complete waste of my time and money !I have since purchased Bear Grip - Premium 5mm Compression & support elbow Sleeves, which are made from neoprene, and have been very pleased with them.

Helping to heal my elbow tendonitis.
Arrived on time and well packed and protected. I incorporate a lot of rowing 🚣 in my workout programmes and recently developed some painful tendonitis in my right elbow. Haven't tried this type of therapy but I've been very surprised in its effectiveness. Have been wearing this for the last 2 days when exercising and after. It has significantly reduced pain after rowing or light weight work and it seems to be speeding up recovery. Elbow is definitely not as painful as before. Anyway will continue to wear to see how things improve. Item is well made and survived several machine washes. Good job thanks.

Comfortable and can be worn all day
I wanted some compression sleeves that I could wear during the day whilst at work that didn't make my arms under the sleeves clammy and hot, and these certainly do the job. I have been suffering from bicep tendonitis and I am hoping that these will help with recovery (along with my Physiotherapy exercises obviously). As I've only had these sleeves for a week it's a little bit early to say with any degree of certainty whether they are helping with that or not but they fit well, are comfortable and are not visible under my shirts. As I said, it's early days to say with any certainty whether they are helping with the recovery from tendonitis. I will try to add to the review later when I've had more time wearing these to comment upon that aspect.

Just the job.
These are great. I do a lot of heavy work at the gym and have been having a few elbow pains. These support my elbows during my workout and are great. The come in a pack of two.
