Love it!!
We had one person read directions and get parts and screws ready while the other person used a torqued screw gun so no screws stripped. It took a few hours but it was well worth it!! Mosquito nettingeven covers the opening in the roof!! It's BEAUTIFUL and everyone comments on it!! It didn't get delivered on the day I scheduled and I was missing a couple.of pieces but their Customer Service was exceptional! If you're lucky enough to get Ava, tell her I said hi!! She's the BEST!!

If done right, it is great!
So, I have had this for five plus years now. I had a concrete pad laid and set this up myself with help from some friends. I then anchored it into the concrete. This has held up in some very high winds. The screens were getting a little tattered, so I went to a local screen company. I had them build screens with one-inch borders on all side and had them anchored to the concrete and the shelter. I had them leave two 30" holes and added magnetic door. This shelter is EXTRA stable now. I love it. No bugs, no zippers, in and out is easy. This is the way to go. Oh, and no more tattered screens from the wind blowing the bottom back and forth on the concrete. 5 1/2 years later...still standing strong!

A real head turner for our visiting guest
The 12 x 20 Gazebo/Shelter is a real head turner with our visiting guest. We've had several ask where to get information or order one. At first, we looked at the 12 x 16 but opted for the 12 x 20. If you have the extra room for the 4', we strongly recommend you pay a little extra more and get the larger size (we're glad we did). Our contractor made sure each support post were securely fastened into the patio with proper concrete fasteners for a strong secure install. The product is made of quality material. We highly recommend the Messina. To add a little extra comfort for night time use, we installed LED string lights on the inside around the ceiling portion of the shelter. We are happy to answer any questions on quality or installation.

Hurricane Ian
The legs all crumbled like sardine can during hurricane Ian and could not support the roof. Extremely disappointed. I loved it before the storm.

Worth joining Costco for the price
I bought this from Costco-It's 2500.00 there. You would be better off buying it there. That also includes free shipping. I've had mine about a year, has held up nicely. Very time and labor intensive to put together, but not difficult if you follow the directions closely.
