Added this to my doghouse and it works great. Temperature got down to single digits and the heater keeps up well. I put some door flapper on the entrance and it holds the heat it well. I also love being able to check on the temperature from my phone and also adjust it from my phone. Has different settings so you can choose a schedule or you can just set it to a certain temperature and it will come on and off as needed. My dog absolutely loves his dog house now.

This heater is advertised to be able to control with your cell phone. However, the app is so outdated that my phone (which is 2 years old) is "too new". The message states " This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of android". Seriously? You need to update your app!

This heater is great and very easy to set up. Took a total of 20 minutes from opening the box to programming to the network to heating our dog house. I love using the app to control and monitor the temperature. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that if you want to pass the cord through the dog house you have to cut a very large whole in the side of the structure. There is no way to disconnect the cable and pass the smaller cable through a much smaller hole. Outside of that I'm very satisfied.

This was easier than I thought to install. I thought I would need to cut a hole in the dog house, but no. It goes mounted and it has a spacer to allow for ventilation. It was also very user friendly to download app and connect to wifi. You just have to make sure you connect to your 2.4hz and not your 5.0hz wifi. If you don't know how, your internet provider can help you. ATT helped me over there phone creating a guest wifi that is 2.4hz. My dogs love their new heater and I love being able to control the temperature from anywhere.

Purchase for a small doghouse it heated fine but there was a wide temp swing from the temp setpoint. From the setpoint it would drop 6 degrees F below before it would come on then it would rise 4 degrees F above before it turned off. The swing was more than I liked, and the instructions said it would be 2 degrees below and above to turn on and off. Also note it stated Celius and not Fahrenheit not sure if that makes a difference. Most of the instruction state F until you get to the setpoint. One other issue the app will not work with new android phones you have to use Smart Life app, if you contact vendor they will send you the instructions.

I had to extend my wifi to connect, but needed to do that anyway for better backyard connectivity. Connection was simple. Excellent app. Have only had it running for a week, but temperature is consistent. It has been VERY cold here and seems to be keeping up. The area is a 4x4x4 ft cube dog house so it is a big area. Happy with the ease of installation and so far the performance has been excellent.
