Smells good shipped to LA area in 4 days just doesn’t come with a top?

I order one back in April and loved it. So this November I decided to order another. I really love the pen. It writes smooth, the scent isn’t over powering but sure does last, and it’s just fun. Lifts my spirits when I use it at work.However, shipping from the start was not something I was happy with. The first pen took a pretty long time to get to me. The second attempt at ordering a pen I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get to me. I was willing to wait.I checked on it once and a while just to see and eventually saw that it was shipping via usps. Within a day or two I was notified it would arrive Friday via usps and was pretty excited.Friday morning (today) I wake up to a notification that due to inventory my order is cancelled. Which I just find pretty odd that an item that was supposedly already in the hands of the courier service, is cancelled the day of its scheduled delivery due to lack of inventory. Shouldn’t I have been informed before the supposed delivery day? How were you able to hand it off the usps if there was nothing to hand off?

It’s super cute! The scent is sweet and the fuzzy ball holds it well. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was a big glob of super glue under the little bow, but I still love it!

I got the cotton candy pink pen. I love this Pom Pom pen. It smells so good and makes me smile every time I use it.

Such a pretty pen I love it, it looks exactly like the picture shown. It took me a while to open it because it is such a lovely pen. On the back of the package, it has a small pen, so you can have a quick smell check and it smells marvelous a sweet scent.The pen writes smoothly, it also feels light when I write. It is really cool that the puff ball actually comes off and you can you use it like a cap, so the pen will not cause a mess in case you decide to store it in a pencil case or your bag.I would highly recommend and would most likely buy some more. It would be an ideal gift for people of all ages such as children, teenagers, and even for teachers.
