Quick and easy set up, have used it every night since we got it! Cools after 2-3 bubble cycles and takes a little while to heat up after putting water in it but overall, we love it!

I bought this as a gift for my mother and it worked for a while. Now it will not heat for more than 20 minutes without throwing a trouble code and shutting down. She has attempted to contact the manufacturer via the telephone number in the manual multiple times to no avail. Product is only 3 months old!!! BUYER BEWARE

Excellent spa!! Works way better then expected. Easy to set up. And everything works perfectly so far.

On the occasion that it works, this is a convenient and fun attraction at home - for friends & family.However - despite always checking for good Ph balance and water hardness treatment, extra covering against rain and sun - this device manages to break down all the time - each time for some other reason. Whether E1, E2, E4 errors, a transformer failure, broken zipper, degraded mSpa "weather cover", this doesn't stay working and provides a feeling of dread each time when removing the sun cover and anticipating a new failure.Overall - expensive for what you get & really wish we could go back in time and not purchased this.To add insult to injury - the local retailers in Israel feign shock and falsely state they did not receive such complaints from other customers - while the local Reviews websites repeat this experience of low quality and constant error codes and breakdowns.Stay far, far, far away from this product (and probably its siblings as well!)

Worth every penny in my opinion! I’m a disabled Vet and i use this thing religiously! I’m 6’2 and I can lay down in this thing so there’s plenty of room. Very sturdy and well built. It heats up to 104 degrees so its great for sore muscles and the jests are very powerful! It comes with a repair kit and a lock for the cover that will keep children and animal out! Definitely one of my best investments!
