Loving It
Excellent product from Bhagya. Strong build and the key is to season it even though its pre seasoned. Have cooked everything both non veg and veg dishes and the flavour is great. Also made tomato based dishes without any problem.Wish we had more cast iron cookwares options available in India. Have attached a picture - The more you use the pan and maintain it you will find the patina forming and ultimately leading to the skillet becoming nonstick. Hope this helps

Sturdy, durable, versatile skillet
I love this skillet. It’s quality is no less than that of lodge cast iron. I love preparing dry vegetables in it. It cooks fast and so well. Especially roasted sabzi like bhindi fry or potato or yams or raw bananas. It gets cooked evenly. It is worth the price and good for health too. It is also easy to clean. After every use I fill it with hot water while the skillet is still hot. Then wash it with chickpeas flour, wipe it dry and apply a little coconut oil to its surface. Then I rub it with a paper cloth and place a clean cotton cloth on it and keep aside until the next time.

Excellent Value for money product
A very well finished cast iron product. As with any cast iron pan, it just keeps getting better the more you use it .This particular design is very user friendly. It is easy to pick up, and use on the stove or in the oven.

A must buy!
Quality is excellent. Cooks very fast. It is a non stick for me. I could see the difference with my other cast iron vessels which I hv bought from hometown. This pdt is one of my favourites in my kitchen. Apply oil and keep it oily all the time.
