The goal of any music system should be to accurately re-create the original audio. There are many options available but finding a simple yet great audio solution for a special place is not easy. C. For music, the 3rd generation Acoustic Energy Aego³ gives a deep and full, well-rounded bass while providing outstanding voice clarity. Since the bass is adjustable (five levels) you can lower it to precisely enhance clarity. You can connect via Bluetooth, a stereo patch cord or via digital optical to ensure it is compatible with a wide range of devices. The subwoofer can be located away from the two satellite speakers. Bass is non-directional so the subwoofer sounds good even on the other side of the room. Satellite speakers are generally placed similar to an equal sided triangle with you being one of the points. They can be moved a few feet apart in either direction and angled to your liking. Compact in size, the satellite speakers and subwoofer provide soothing, graceful music for a work/office area, kitchen/dining room, bedroom or for party time. The Acoustic Energy Aego³ are not designed for loud pounding, ear piercing action movie audio like you'd find in a home theater, but are extraordinarily smooth and full in a modestly sized TV room (recommended for 20 ft. x 14 ft. room or smaller). The satellite speakers and subwoofer are ideal if you prefer more spatial depth when listening to music. Note: These satellite speakers can easily be plugged into the subwoofer with the included RCA cables. Wired Speakers provide a more reliable system. Power is required for the subwoofer.
